The Criminal Law Committee






Our terms of reference

The Bar Association's Criminal Law Committee examines proposed changes to the criminal law, provides advice to the Bar Council and prepares submissions as and when required. In recent months the committee has assisted in a number of important projects, such as the series of seminars on sexual assault prosections and the drafting of the Barristers Rules on improper questioning.
