On 4 September 2008 the Administrative Decisions Tribunal made the following orders and findings:

1. three findings of unsatisfactory professional conduct in respect of the drafting of three separate pleadings, being cross-claims in proceedings conducted in the District Court of NSW;
   
   
2. an order that the respondent be reprimanded pursuant to s562(2)(e) of the Legal Profession Act 2004;
   
   
3. an order that the respondent undertake an successfully complete the course on drafting pleadings, defences and cross-claims conducted by the Bar Association of NSW in the October 2008 Bar Practice Course;
   
   
4. an order that the decision of the Tribunal be published; and
   
   
5. an order that the respondent pay the costs of the applicant in the proceedings.
