On 19 June 2009 the Administrative Decisions Tribunal made the following findings and orders:
- That Bradley Slowgrove is guilty of professional misconduct in that he settled and advised the sending of a letter by his instructing solicitor to a Magistrate to discourage the Magistrate from sitting and the letter was intended to inappropriately influence, or attempt to influence, the Magistrate in the discharge of his functions.
- That Bradley Slowgrove breached New South Wales Barristers’ Rule 56, for which he is publicly reprimanded.
- That the name of Bradley Slowgrove be removed from the Roll of Legal Practitioners.
- That Bradley Slowgrove pay the Bar Council’s costs of the proceedings
