Bradley Slowgrove

On 19 June 2009 the Administrative Decisions Tribunal made the following findings and orders:

  1. That Bradley Slowgrove is guilty of professional misconduct in that he settled and advised the sending of a letter by his instructing solicitor to a Magistrate to discourage the Magistrate from sitting and the letter was intended to inappropriately influence, or attempt to influence, the Magistrate in the discharge of his functions.
  2. That Bradley Slowgrove breached New South Wales Barristers’ Rule 56, for which he is publicly reprimanded.

  3. That the name of Bradley Slowgrove be removed from the Roll of Legal Practitioners.

  4. That Bradley Slowgrove pay the Bar Council’s costs of the proceedings
