On 23 March 2009 the Administrative Decisions Tribunal made the following findings and orders:

1. That Robert William Cameron is guilty of professional misconduct.
2. That Robert William Cameron is not a fit and proper person to remain on the Roll of Legal Practitioners.
3. That the name of Robert William Cameron be removed from the Roll of Legal Practitioners.
4. That a local practising certificate not be issued to Robert William Cameron before 20 February 2011.
5. That the decision of the Tribunal be published.
